Introduction

(Excerpted from Embracing the Anti-Christ: The Heresy of Interfaith Dialogue, by James F. Gauss. To be released in late July, 2020).

Muslims are the first victims of Islam. Many times I have observed in my travels in the Orient, that fanaticism comes from a small number of dangerous men who maintain the others in the practice of religion by terror. To liberate the Muslim from his religion is the best service that one can render him.

Ernest Renan (1823-1892)

French expert on Semitic languages and civilizations, and biblical scholar.

There is a huge battle raging for the soul of the Church in America and the West and it is being waged against the Church by those within the Church. It is unfathomable to me, as someone who has studied Islam and talked to hundreds of Muslims and former Muslims since 2001, how many learned people, university scholars and church leaders have been so thoroughly duped by the ideology of Islam and by deceiving Islamic leaders.

Certainly, many, if not most, Christian leaders and church congregants who are participating in the interfaith dialogue with Muslims firmly believe they are following Christ’s dictate to “love thy neighbor.” However, they are being misguided by false premises in the understanding about Islam and its adherents. Islam is not like other world religious ideologies or doctrines of faith. Other faiths and their followers desire only the freedom and peace to practice their faith. The primary tenets of faith of Islam are quite different. Unlike other religious beliefs, Islam seeks world domination and demands of its followers to achieve that goal by any means necessary, including lying, deceit, infiltration, persecution and murder. While interfaithers’ goals of serving their Muslim neighbor may be genuine and an expression of Christ’s love, they appear oblivious to the weightier matters of the Gospel of Christ.

All over the world hundreds of thousands of Muslims are coming to a saving knowledge of Christ and leaving Islam and its tyrannical ideology. However, in the United States, where an estimated 3-6 million Muslims live and Christians still have the freedom to preach and share the Gospel of Jesus Christ, there is very little conversion of Muslims to Christianity. Why is that so? In Islamic countries where freedom of religious expression is condemned; Bibles and prayer groups banned; preaching the Gospel is forbidden, Muslims, at the risk of persecution, imprisonment and death are choosing Christ as their Lord and Savior.

In 2018, Pew Research Center released two polls on Islam in America January 26 and April 17). In the one poll, of the Americans who were converting to Islam, a whopping 77 percent were raised as Christians. By contrast, in the other poll, Pew discovered that of those Muslims in America that left Islam, only 22 percent converted to Christianity. Why such a disparity? Islam, it would appear, is having a far greater influence and impact on Christians, than Christians and the Gospel message are having on Muslims.

The Two-prong Attack. Thanks to America’s worldwide unique Constitution, which includes the Bill of Rights, and America’s largely unbridled freedoms, Muslims have successfully infiltrated every aspect of American life: education (both primary and secondary), politics, law enforcement, military (including Homeland Security), America’s legal and judicial system and the Church. The latter, along with the driving forces of education, have become the second prong of Islam’s attack on American’s 300+ years of culture and Judeo-Christian foundations.

In most primary school districts in America, Islam has found fertile ground to promulgate its lies and deceptions and pollute the minds of America’s impressionable children—all with the blessings of school boards, school administrators and teachers, but usually without the explicit knowledge of parents. Muslim culture, beliefs and practices are being impressed upon America’s children, often starting in kindergarten, while textbooks used for history, civics, geography, social studies, etc. are heavily edited and ladened with favorable and proselytizing portrayals of Islam, while, at the same time, denigrating Christianity and Judaism.

As Muslims attempt to convert America’s youth from K through 12th grade and on into college, the Church has remained silent and neutralized. Although many Christian denominations train hundreds of missionaries to go abroad to minister to Muslims in far off lands, it appears that most churches see little need or urgency to reach Muslims in America with the saving Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Rather than share the Good News of Jesus with Muslims, most denominations seem to be content with embracing Muslims as “brothers” who share the same god and Abrahamic heritage. They just want to be “good neighbors” and maintain community harmony and cohesiveness. Never mind that the Muslims they claim to “love” are spiritually lost and condemned to hell without the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.

Those among the interfaith dialogue with Muslims movement chose to ignore or make excuses for 1400 years of Islamic history and barbarism. While Christianity has gone through a number of reform movements to cleanse itself of false doctrines and heresy and will continue to do so, Islam has never had a reform movement and never will. The Muslims of today still follow the same tenets of faith that their predecessors did fourteen centuries ago. For the basic beliefs of Islam to change would require its adherents to confess that Islam is a lie and a fabricated doctrine—not revealed by God, but created by man to dominate his neighbors, far and wide. True adherents to Islamic doctrine are taught and commanded not to adopt the culture and ways of their host country, but instead, are ordered to do everything possible to infiltrate, change and dominate the people and culture where they live until all is under their control for the glory of Allah.

. . . True believers in Jesus Christ and His unadulterated Gospel have been struggling to push back the powers of darkness since the first Christian believers gathered in the Upper Room in Jerusalem after Christ’s crucifixion and resurrection. For the most part, up through World War II, the Church in America was at the forefront of doing battle against evil. However, after the war-weary victories in Europe and the Far East in the mid-1940s it seemed that the Church fell back on its “laurels” and got fat and lazy and let down its guard and offensive thrust against those who sought to undermine its very foundations.

Over the last several decades—and likely much longer—America has become a culture of death and decadence. Why has America—once the center of Judeo-Christian principles and experience—degenerated into a wanton, hedonistic society? The reasons, from this author’s perspective are many, but a few glaring ones will be listed. . . .

Author note.  The book should be available in paperback format on Amazon in a couple of days.  My apologies to those of you (and I am one) who would prefer not to do business with Amazon.  I have looked at various Christian alternatives, but none are feasible for me at this time (too much money up front; restrictive editing or only they only want big names).   I am also considering an e-book version.  Amazon also offers worldwide distribution which is essential for this book and its message.

Please spread this information far and wide.  Not for my sake, but for the Church and the salvation of Muslims.

“In today’s ever charged torrent of religious and political unrest, it is becoming increasingly vital for the people of the world to understand the truth of both the religious and the geopolitical nature of Islam. The heart, purpose and vision of the Islamic system governed by a complete way of life known as Shari’ah is dangerously misunderstood and highly underestimated by the West. It has been that way for 1400 years, numbing the minds of people like a shot of Novocain before treating an abscessed tooth. This compendium, ‘Understanding Islam in the Light of Christianity’ by Dr. James Gauss, is a vital and valuable resource that will be called upon again and again. If you are a pastor, spiritual leader, governmental leader, business leader or simply a curious person with a sincere desire to understand the heart of both Islam and Christianity, get this book.”

Pope Francis Calls Fundamentalist Christians a “Scourge”

December 4, 2019

(Read the whole address, but the “scourge” reference to fundamentalist Christians is toward the end.)

ADDRESS OF HIS HOLINESS POPE FRANCIS
TO PARTICIPANTS AT THE MEETING PROMOTED BY THE
“INSTITUTO PARA EL DIALOGO INTERRELIGIOSO DE LA ARGENTINA” (IDI)

Clementine Hall
Monday, 18 November 2019

[Multimedia]

Ladies and gentlemen:

I am happy to welcome all of you who are taking part in the meeting focusing on the document: “Human Fraternity for World Peace and Living Together”, signed in Abu Dhabi last 4 February.

I thank all the organizers of this meeting, promoted by His Excellency Mr. Rogelio Pfirter, ambassador of the Argentine Republic to the Holy See, under the auspices of the Pontifical Council for Interreligious Dialogue, and in collaboration with the Institute of Interreligious Dialogue of Buenos Aires.

I am pleased to note that this document, which is universal in nature, is also being disseminated in the Americas. I am convinced that the particularity and sensitivity of different countries and continents can truly contribute to a detailed reading of this Document and to a greater and more effective understanding of the message it conveys.

As I said during the World Conference of Human Fraternity: “There is no alternative: we will either build the future together or there will not be a future. Religions, in particular, cannot renounce the urgent task of building bridges between peoples and cultures. The time has come when religions should more actively exert themselves, with courage and audacity, and without pretence, to help the human family deepen the capacity for reconciliation, the vision of hope and the concrete paths of peace” (4 February 2019). Our religious traditions are a necessary source of inspiration to foster a culture of encounter. It is fundamental for there to be interreligious cooperation, based on the promotion of sincere and respectful dialogue that goes towards unity without confusion, maintaining identities. But a unity that transcends the mere political pact. Once, at the beginning of last February, a very wise man, a very wise European politician, told me about this document: “it goes beyond the methodology of the pact to maintain balance and peace, which is very good, but these documents go further”. And he gave me this example: “let us think of the end of the Second World War, let us think of Yalta; in Yalta a balance was struck in order to break the impasse, a balance that was weak but possible. The cake was shared, and a period of peace was maintained, but these documents, this attitude that goes towards dialogue among the transcendent, creates fraternity, surpasses pacts, surpasses the political; it is political in that it is human, but it surpasses this, it transcends this, it makes it nobler”. This is the way. And meanwhile, yes, at the political level, doing what can be done, because it is also important.

The world observes us, believers, to see what our attitude is to the common home and to human rights; it also asks us to collaborate among ourselves and with men and women of good will who do not profess any religion, so that we may give effective responses to the many scourges in our world, such as war, hunger, the poverty that afflicts millions of people, the environmental crisis, violence, corruption and moral degeneration, the crisis of the family and of the economy and, above all, the lack of hope.

The intention of the Document is to adopt: the culture of dialogue as a way; common collaboration as conduct; mutual knowledge as a method and criterion. From now on it can be affirmed that religions are not a closed system that cannot be changed, but with their own identity. And this is the key: identity cannot be negotiated, because if you negotiate identity there is no dialogue, there is submission. With their own identity, they are in motion.

Fraternity is a complex human reality, to which one must pay attention and treat with delicacy. When God asks us: “Where is your brother?”, the first question on fraternity that is in the Bible, “Where is your brother?” no one may answer: “I do not know” (cf. Gen 4: 9). Then different questions arise: How can we take care of each other in the one human family in which we are all brothers? How can we nurture a fraternity so that it is not theoretical and so that it translates into fraternity? How can we make the inclusion of the other prevail over exclusion in the name of belonging? What can we do so that religions are channels of fraternity instead of barriers of division? A little history should alarm us: religious wars, Christians, let us think of the last thirty years, even if we just think of Saint Bartholomew’s Eve. If one does not feel a little alarmed inside, one should wonder why.

It is important to demonstrate that we believers are a factor of peace for human societies, and that we will thus respond to those who unjustly accuse religions of fomenting hatred and being the cause of violence. In today’s precarious world, dialogue among religions is not a sign of weakness. It finds its own raison d’être in God’s dialogue with humanity. It is about changing historical attitudes. A scene from The Song of Roland comes to me as a symbol, when the Christians defeat the Muslims and put them all in line in front of the baptismal font, and one with a sword. And Muslims had to choose between baptism or the sword. That is what we Christians did. It was a mentality that today we cannot accept, nor understand, nor can it work anymore. Beware of the fundamentalist groups: everyone has his own. In Argentina too there is a little fundamentalist corner. And let us try, with fraternity, to go forward. Fundamentalism is a scourge and all religions have some kind of fundamentalist first cousin there, which forms a group.

I hope that this Message of Fraternity will be received by the international community, for the good of the whole human family, which must move from simple tolerance to true coexistence and peaceful coexistence. Keep up the good work.

And please do not forget to pray for me, as I need it. Thank you.

The Jesus of the Bible IS NOT the Jesus of the Qur’an

November 5, 2019

For many deceivers have gone out into the world who do not confess Jesus Christ as coming in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist.

2 John 1:7

I Love Jesus Because I’m Muslim! That is the new assailant message of Islam in Europe and America and it is being widely embraced by the interfaith crowd. Let me be clear on two things: First, Muslims do not love the real Jesus of the Bible and, second, the Jesus of the Qur’an is not the Jesus of the Bible or the Son of God that Christ followers adore and worship.

love-jesus

iERA “I Love Jesus” exhibit in Tennessee.

According to the November 1, 2019 online issue of the Nashville Tennessean (https://www.tennessean.com/story/news/religion/2019/11/01/islamic-center-of-tennessee-is-bringing-a-traveling-exhibit-on-jesus-to-nashville/3998069002/), Islamists throughout America have shifted into high gear with the overt aid of the dhimmi (those living under Islamic rule) interfaith groups in full blown assault against anyone, including devout followers of Christ, who dare to try and speak the truth about Islam.

Note, in the banner to the left, they are also proselytizing America’s large Spanish-speaking population. In many cases, among Spanish heritage Roman Catholics, it is not a hard sell, since the Vatican asserts that Catholics and Muslims are “brothers and sisters” that share the same God and Abrahamic lineage.

The Jesus of the Bible, whom true Christians follow:

  • Was prophesied about in the Old Testament (over 300 prophecies);
  • Was foretold by God through Moses in Deuteronomy 18:15, 18;
  • Is the Son of God (Matthew 3:17; John 3:16-18);
  • Is the second person of the Holy trinity (Matthew 28:19);
  • Was prophesied by the angel Gabriel to Mary (Luke 1:26-33);
  • Is the incarnate Word of God (John 1:1-8, 14-17);
  • Is the Prince of Peace (Isaiah 9:6; Ephesians 2:14-16);
  • Was crucified on the cross and died (Matthew 26:2, 27:22-35);
  • Was resurrected by the power of God (Matthew 28:5-7; John 11:25);
  • Was and is divine (John 6:47-51; 1 John 2:22-23; 2 Peter 1:3, et al);
  • Jesus is the only Lord and Savior (2 Peter 2:20, 3:2, 18);
  • His death and resurrection ushered in the Holy Spirit for all believers in Jesus Christ (John 16:7-14);
  • Jesus is the Great I Am, “The Way, the Truth, and the Life” and the only way to God (John 14:6);
  • Through faith in Christ, believers have the promise and guarantee of eternal life with God (John 3:15, 6:54, 68, 10:28).
  • And was never a Muslim.

All of the preceding, and much more, the Qur’an, Allah, Muhammed and Muslims deny.  Their Jesus (aka, Isa or Issa) is a creation of the evil one who revealed himself to Muhammed in an effort to draw people away from the true Jesus, the only Lord and Savior the world has ever known.

Muslims are publishing tons of deceptive literature and tracks to deceive people, such as the one below by iERA Jesus Exhibition in England that is being used throughout the United States.

Jesus-1020x300-landscape

In the foregoing titled book, Jesus, The Messiah, Word of God, Spirit of God, Son of Mary, the title is very inviting and plausible, but completely deceptive.

Muslims are taught that Jesus (the Isa of the Qur’an) is the “Muslim” messiah who will return to kill all Christians and Jews.

In referring to the Last Days, Muhammad told his followers that when Jesus returned he would “break the cross” or do away with the Christians and “kill the pigs” or annihilate the Jews. “Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah’s Apostle said, ‘The Hour will not be established until the son of Mary (i.e. Jesus) descends amongst you as a just ruler, he will break the cross, kill the pigs, and abolish the Jizya tax. Money will be in abundance so that nobody will accept it (as charitable gifts) (Bukhari hadith 3:43:656).” The Dawud hadith 37:4310 records a similar statement by Muhammad. Furthermore, Muhammad claimed that when Jesus returns He will judge people, not by the truth of the Gospel and personal salvation through Christ, but by the law of the Qur’an. “Allah’s Apostle said ‘How will you be when the son of Mary (i.e. Jesus) descends amongst you and he will judge people by the Law of the Quran and not by the law of the Gospel (hadith 4:658)’” (Gauss, James F., 2009. Islam & Christianity, A Revealing Contrast, Bridge-Logos, p. 354).

While the Qur’an (2:87) acknowledges that Jesus brought the word of God (Allah), it does not say He was the incarnate Word of Almighty God (John 1:1-8).  Although, in the same Qur’anic verse, it is stated that Jesus was anointed with the Holy Spirit, Allah and the Qur’an deny the Holy Spirit as a part of the Triune God, but rather replace the Holy Spirit with Mary as the third person of the Trinity.  Though Muslims acknowledge that Jesus was the biological son of Mary (actually, the Qur’an identifies Marium, the sister of Aaron, as the mother of Jesus), they deny that Jesus was immaculately conceived by the Holy Spirit and is the Son of God (Luke 1:26-35).

Any Muslim-originated publication or materials about Jesus are a gross misrepresentation and are meant to be subtly deceptive about the One and Only true Jesus of the Bible and are deliberately misleading non-Christians and Christians alike down the path to eternal damnation.  The social justice warriors of Chrislam (the merger of Islam with Christianity), aka, interfaith “Christians” are complicit and committing a most grievous sin of heresy AND apostasy.  While Jesus commands His followers to do good works as a result of faith in Him and the love of God, He commands His followers to preach the Gospel and not deny Him before men.

But whoever denies Me before men, him I will also deny before My Father who is in heaven.

Matthew 10:33

In the screen shot that follows, also from the iERA website, the back of the man’s tee-shirt translates: I am a Muslim and I follow Jesus.  That also is a deceptive lie from the pits of hell.  Just ask any former Muslim who has converted to being a follower of the true Jesus of the Bible.  They will categorically and with passion, tell you that the Biblical Jesus they now follow is not the Isa or Jesus of the Qur’an or of Islamic teaching.  Please note, that this photo was supposedly taken at Muslim indoctrination class in Central America.

salahuddin-honduras

Translation: “I am a Muslim and I follow Jesus.”

While the majority of true followers of Jesus Christ remain silent, the false gospel of Chrislam is being foisted on ignorant and unsuspecting church goers who have little or no knowledge of the Bible or the Qur’an.  Sadly, mainline and evangelical churches are leading the charge in alliance with Islam, to bring a false gospel that is leading millions away from Christ and His salvation.

And what accord has Christ with Belial [Satan]? Or what part has a believer with an unbeliever?

This is the go-to resource on Islam from a Christian perspective.  It is designed to provide everything one needs to know about Islam, the greatest challenge of the 21st century for the Church and the Christian community.  An invaluable compendium for homeschooling parents and organizations, church pastors and leaders, Christian schools, universities and seminaries.  If you truly want to reach the Muslim community with the truth of the Gospel of Jesus Christ or just want to be more knowledgeable about what is happening in the world, the West and America, this is a must resource book for your library. After nearly 20 years of research, Dr. Gauss has put together a one of a kind resource that is designed to educate Christian leaders/teachers on the unadulterated truth about Islam and the extreme challenge it presents to the Church and the Christian community and how Muslims can be presented with the truth of the Gospel without the Church lowering itself to “Common Ground” or “Interfaith Dialogue.” Understanding Islam in the  Light of Christianity A comparison of the Messenger, Message and Mission of the Qur’an and the Bible  An Invaluable Compendium By James F. Gauss, Ph.D. Author of Islam & Christianity, A Revealing Contrast.

Dr. Gauss, in this profound study, is upholding the truth of the Gospel, revealing the fallacies of a false religion. His pen is sharp but the imprint of his spirit is marked with compassion and love for a lost people who believe they are worshipping the one true God.

I commend Dr. Gauss on writing such an informative book bringing out the darkness that covers every page of the Quran and delusions of the Islamic faith.

May there be more voices such as Dr. Gauss proclaiming the truth of God with boldness and in the spirit of Christ. And may we witness freedom for millions of Muslims who are bound by a dark and evil force!
